A “Tracker” is a device that orients various solar energy generating components toward the sun. These components can be solar panels, reflectors, or thermal solar collectors. Solar tracking is used to minimize the angle of incidence between the incoming sunlight and a photovoltaic panel''s face reducing reflection losses. By using two degrees of mechanical rotation, dual axis solar trackers have the ability to precisely follow the arc shaped path the sun traces across the sky. Precisely aiming the PV array at the solar disc increases the solar generators totaloutput efficiency. It provides an effective means to offset rising energy prices by utilizing fully automated dual axis tracking that orients the solar panel array precisely toward the sun.

Typically, solar panels are the highest cost items in any solar energy system. Tracking the sun on two axes allows 100% utilization of the “Rated Capacity” of the solar power systems photovoltaic modules. If the systems PV modules are mounted in fixed, non-tracking positions their power generating efficiency will be compromised, and can fall off by as much as 40%. This causes the real energy system cost to escalate by a like amount. A 33% generating loss means that a 150 watts solar panels average power output would be only 100 watts over the life of the system. In a non-tracking system, every third solar panel iswasted, and could for all intents and purposes be disconnected when compared to its full utilization in a dual axis solar tracking system. In night the tracker sleep position or stow position is such that panels face ground thereby ensuring no dew and dust layer is formed and keeps the panel clean.This power can be further utilized to charge the batteries, or drive the agricultural pumps through VFD drives, or be used as captive power and also can be scaled to grid feed systems. The generation costs as compared to other solar power generators are lower and hence become very attractive for usage.

With the VT220 you have a versatile mobile environmental measuring device. It can be used to simultaneously detect not only the particle purity of the indoor air on six different size channels from 0.3 µm to 10 µm, but also gas concentrations of formaldehyde and carbon monoxide. It can further be deployed for determining climate data such as the air temperature, humidity, dew point temperature and wet-bulb temperature.

Moreover, due to the fact that the measuring device displays the particle masses directly as mass proportion in µg per m² of air, the PC220 is suitable for a quantitative determination of the concentration of airborne inhalable dust (PM10) and alveolar dust (PM2.5).

The standard equipment of this ISO-21501-4 compliant laser particle counter also includes an installed digital camera for documenting the measuring environment by means of photos and videos. Product Description

The experimental set up consists of metal bar, one end of which is heated by an electric heater while the other end of the bar projects inside the cooling water jacket. A cylindrical shell filled with insulating material surrounds the middle portion of the bar. The temperature of the bar is measured at different sections. Heat input to the heater is given through variac. By varying the heat input rates, data can be obtained. Water at constant rate is circulated through the jacket and its flow rate and temperature rise is noted.
