VT-03 Leak Tester is designed for the examination of airproof property of packages, containers, bags, pipes. VT-03 package air proof tester is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, electrical and electronic industries, etc. VT-03 Leakage Tester complies with V-TECH D3078 and GB/T 15171 standards.
The leak detection system is composed of the mainframe and the vacuum chamber. A test sample is placed into a vacuum chamber with water and the air above water level is evacuated by a venturi vacuum ejector. A great pressure difference is created inside and outside the sample and any slight leakage can be observed and identified when the sample is inflated.
