Sieve Construction :
The frame is made out of spun Brass and without any joint in it. A clean rigin design of minimun weight and free from corners where the material could be lodged. Uniform fabrication of out sieves permit easy and smooth-nesting on each others and also with lid and recivers. Imported stainless steel 18/8 quality or Phospher Bronze standard sieve cloth is used for better performance and lasting. An assential feature of Test Sieves is that the mesh should be flat, taut and uniform and eith permanebt tension roud the whole circumference. The same is fully observed in "V-TECH" Test Sieves.

This setup is designed fordetermining heat transfer co-efficient of two types of condensation and for visualization of these processes.It consists of a vertical frame. Condensation tubes are fitted inside compact glass cylinder. Steam generatoris fitted at the backside of the cylinder. Steam comes directly from generator to the cylinder. Two valves are fitted to control flow rate of water in individual tubes. Digital Temperature Indicatormonitors the temperatures. Pressure gauge and Rotameter can observe steam pressure and cold waterflow rates respectively. A Digital temperature Controller is provided for controlling the temperature of Steam. Water level indicator is provided in steam generator. Condensate is measured by a measuring cylinder.

This test method covers the determination of water in the range from 0 to 25% volume in petroleum products, tars, and other bituminous materials by the distillation method. It is used for determining the water content by heating upto the boiling point of water and than condense that steam with the help of the condeser to get the water content in percentage form.
