A coating thickness gauge is a specialized instrument used to measure the thickness of coatings or films applied to a surface. This is important in various industries to ensure that coatings are applied to the correct thickness, which affects performance, durability, and quality of the final product.

This Digital Portable Surface Roughness Tester SRT-6200 measures 2 Parameters (Ra, Rz) by using built-in Diamond Pin Probe. It has 4 wave filtering methods (RC, PC-RC, GAUSS & D-P). Moreover, the measured data can be downloaded to PC through optional CD software with USB cable. It is compatible with four standards of ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS and is widely used in production site to measure surface roughness of various machinery-processed parts, calculate corresponding parameters according to selected measuring conditions and clearly display all measurement parameters. When measuring the roughness of a surface, the sensor is placed on the surface and then uniformly slides along the surface by driving the mechanism inside the tester. The sensor gets the surface roughness by the sharp built-in probe. This roughness causes displacement of the probe which results in change of inductive amount of induction coils so as to generate analogue signal, which is in proportion to the surface roughness at output end of phase-sensitive rectifier. The exclusive DSP processes and calculates and then outputs the measurement results on LCD.

Snap Pull out Tester is used to determine the holding or breaking strength of prong-ring attached snap fasteners on the garments. The testing equipment comprises of an upper Snap-Clamp, a Lower Fabric Clamp & a Force Gauge mounted on a stand. The component to be tested is gripped by the Upper Snap Clamp and the garment is fixed to the Lower Fabric Clamp. The top flywheel is turned with a specific force. Technical Specifications

V-TECH tearing strength Tester Determines the Tearing Strength of fabrics, papers, plastic films or other similar materials is determined by measurement of the work done in tearing through a fixed length of the test specimen using of Elmendorf Tear Tester. The Elmendorf Tearing Strength Tester consist a brass sector pendulum pivoted on anti-friction ball bearings on a vertical bracket xed on a rigid metallic base. The test specimen in shape of a rectangular piece held between two clamps, one of which is mounted on the pendulum and the other is mounted on the vertical bracket. The clamps are mounted in such a manner that their holding faces arealigned with each other when the pendulum is locked in its raised position. The pendulum is released by lifting a release lever. This action causes the test specimen to tear right through. The tearing strength is indicated on a scale fitted on the pendulum against a low friction pointer pivoted on the axis of the pendulum. An adjustable knife is also mounted on the bracket on which the pendulum and the fixed clamp is mounted. It is centered between the two clamps and is used for making the initial Cut in the test specimen. The apparatus is finished in metallic painting and bright chrome plating to give it corrosion resistant finish. Augmenting weights for increasing the range of the tester for testing high strength materials are available as optional accessories. Low strength materials can be tested by mounting multiple specimens at the same time.
