Fuel Flow Meter VT-025 TO 50 Positive Displacement Fuel Meter.The Diesel Flow Meter VT-025 TO 50 has incorporated the ovalrotor principal into its design. This has proven to be a highly reliable and accurate method of measuring flow, providing exceptional repeatability and high accuracy. The low pressure drop through the meter makes the meter ideally suited for use in gravity applications or with the Diesel Flow Meter & Digital Diesel Flow Meter range of electric fuel pumps.


Working Principle:
The measurement part of oval gear flow meter is posed by two elliptical gears mesh with each other and its shell (measuring room).The figure shows that the flow meterworks by two elliptical gears to mesh with each other, its working process are as follows: P1 in the figure shows the pressure of liquid from inlet side, to show the outlet pressure, the bottom rotor has no rotating torque even it effected the liquid pressure,but the above gears will move by the rotating pressure .ln the status of the above gears driving gear, and the bottom gear is driven gear. both of these two gears have rotatingtorque by the liquid press u/'e, and they move with the direction of the arrow to space The gear space is opposite to, the bottom gear is driving gear, and above gear is driven gear. The bottom gear pushes the liquid out from the half moon space under the liquidpress pushes liquid volume four times of "measurement room". So, as long as the rotation of gears, the liquid volume can be counted.

Falling Number is a device to test the Alpha Amylase activity in the flour or the grain. In this system certain amount of flour is taken and placed inside the viscometer tube. It is then mixed with distilled water and placed inside the system’s water-bath. The water-bath heats the sample upto 100 Deg C. This gelatinises the sample. Sole Adhesion Tester is used for the sole adhesion of the footwear. Digital model is also available. The system consists of a spring dynamometer to indicate the load applied at the junction of the sole and the upper, a lever arrangement to transmit the load exerted on the toe piece to the spring dynamometer, a straight edge fulcrum for resting the shoe on during the test, and a set of interchangeable toe pieces having different curvature. The spring dynamometer indicates the load applied on the joint directly in kilograms, taking into account the mechanical advantage of the lever transmitting the force from the toe piece to it. The load is indicated on a circular dial. The dynamometer has two pointers, a black powder to indicate the instantaneous load acting on the toe piece and a red dummy pointer to indicate the maximum load applied before failure of adhesion. The toe piece is five in number and having a different curvature to enable toes and heels of different shapes and sizes to be tested. The length of the arc of each toe piece, however, is the same to ensure that the load is applied only to a fixed length of joint. They are made from carbon steel for giving a long operational life. Any one of the toe pieces can be held in the equipment at one time. The fulcrum on which the shoe is placed during the test has an adjustable height to enable soles of different thickness to be tested. The height of the fulcrum is adjusted with the help of spacer strips provided with the instrument. The instrument is finished in painting and bright chrome plating to give it a corrosion resistant finish.

The Air Permeability tester for textiles is used for air permeability testing of the fabrics. Digital and analogue models are available. This system consists of an arrangement for holding the test specimens between two flat faces so as to expose a known area to the flow of air through it, a vacuum system to draw air through the exposed area of the test specimens. There is an arrangement to measure the volume of air flowing through the test specimen, and arrangement to measure the pressure drop between the faces of the test specimen. The test specimen is hold between two round-shaped grips. The grips are lined with rubber gasket to avoid the leakage of air through the edges. The two grips can be held the test specimens with the help of a hand operated screw mechanism. The vacuum needed to draw the air through the test specimens is created with the vacuum pump supplied with the instrument. The vacuum pressure is measured by the digital manometer (or manometer tube) in terms of mm of water level & airflow is measured by the Rotameters attached with the instrument. The equipment is metallic paint & bright chrome plating finish for corrosion resistant finishing.
